Sizes and Flavours

Size of a cake depends on the shape of the pan. Usually it is around 1.2-1.6 kg. I always quote the weight of the cake without icing.

For flavours, there is a choice of the normal butter or chocolate cake using imported chocolate powder, almond cake using real almonds, orange cake using fresh orange juice and fruit cake. All cakes are made with 100% imported butter, no substitutes like margarine or butter spread, for a really good taste.

Icing are made from 100% butter or fondant. There are some occasions the icing can be royal icing, chocolate ganache or buttercream.
